Program Meeting Wednesday, February 17 at 6:30 PM
Do you feel stressed? Then you've got company. A Google search on the phrase “I am so stressed” yields more than 360,000 hits. By contrast, a search on “I am so relaxed” yields only half as many hits. Our next speaker Carola Nuernberg, who holds a PhD in psychology from the London School of Economics, will introduce us to key strategies of dealing with stress. She works as a researcher at the German Youth Institute and as a freelance workshop facilitator. Her workshop topics include stress-management and creativity.
Please join us and get to know other members better, discuss interesting books and topics, share ideas and fellowship while enjoying homemade treats and a glass of wine! The club normally meets on the SECOND Tuesday of the month at 7pm. This month’s book was “The Yacoubian Buildi” a novel by Egyptian author Alaa-Al-Aswany.
